POLAR_WEBHOOK_SECRET is the Standard Webhooks signing secret Polar shows when you create a webhook endpoint. Point that endpoint at /webhooks/polar. Shipkit verifies the signature on every request and refuses all of them while the secret is unset.

Note:

• Polar client price IDs are not mirrored because they are already NEXT_PUBLIC_* and not derived from a single base key. Only specific whitelisted keys (Builder, Clerk publishable, Supabase URL/anon, Stripe publishable, analytics keys, C15T URL) are mirrored.
