End User License Agreement (EULA) for Vercel ShipKit Integration

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and ShipKit ("we", "us", or "our") for the Vercel ShipKit Integration software ("Integration").

By installing, accessing, or using the Integration, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Integration.

Use of the Integration requires a valid Vercel account. Your use of Vercel's services is governed by Vercel's own terms of service and privacy policy.

3.2 OAuth Authorization

The Integration uses OAuth 2.0 to authenticate with Vercel. By using the Integration, you authorize ShipKit to access your Vercel account with the permissions you approve during the OAuth flow.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE INTEGRATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE INTEGRATION.

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShipKit operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
